Everything. Extreme friendly welcome! The free bike service is pretty cool and helped us to get around Tulum. The lady that covered reception in the mornings is extremely friendly and helpful. The place seemed very secure too as there was always someone around.

The hotel has a good location (very close to the ruins, quite close to the town and also to the beach). Free bikes are great to have to move around. And we liked very much the bread at breakfast. Cosy spacious room, good air conditioning, big beds. well wroking wifi in the room. Nice outside sitting, pizza offered at the evenings.

Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. It was a great city location, nice and quiet but close to good restaurants, shopping and night life. The staffs reccommedations of restaurants were great. It's a cheap cab ride to the ruins and the beach. The hotel will rent bikes which is a great way to get to the beach.

We liked everything about the Itour. If we have to write all the things we liked, first of all, the staff is fantastic. They treat guests as their true friends. We felt very sad leaving there. Marco, Daniele, Alma, Alma's brother and their team. Truely amazing people. They will do everything they can to make you feel at home.

We stayed for one night on July 2013. Itour is right in a busy intersection, in front of supermarket, very close to Tulum archeological site, the beaches and a few blocks from local restaurants. We parked our rental car in front and were greeted by staff that was already expecting us. It was the best hotel on our tour through Yukatan. Centrally located in Tulum with easy access to the beach by taxi or bike. Great hotel, really clean and individually decorated. We really enjoyed the hammock on our own balcony! Great!!! -

The staff was extremely accommodating of my requests (decorating our room with balloons and making a birthday cake for my friend's birthday before our arrival). The facilities were very clean, breakfast included was an excellent perk. (although service was always a bit slow so not for those that are in a rush!). Owner of the place, makes You feel like home, very helpful and friendly guy.
After checking out we had been left like 10 hours to our bus, thanks to hospitality of the owner we could left the luggage in the hotel, enjoy the beach for the rest of the day and after that take the shower in the hotel before the next trip. Perfect attitude!

The main selling point of this accommodation is the fact that the cabanas are situated right on the beach. Waking up in the morning and being able to see/ hear the sea was really nice.
Rooms were nice, if a little dark. Not overly spacious but with the beach 30 seconds away the rooms were only used for sleeping in.

hotel palma real was very budget friendly. it was cleaned daily and had a nice view for birding on the back deck or roof. the pool was nice and the staff let us use the fridge. we met other travelers there and were able to congregate in the lobby without interruption. the location is great for traveling to Coba and back or even to Tulum and back.
