We liked everything about the Itour. If we have to write all the things we liked, first of all, the staff is fantastic. They treat guests as their true friends. We felt very sad leaving there. We stayed for one night on July 2013. Itour is right in a busy intersection, in front of supermarket, very close to Tulum archeological site, the beaches and a few blocks from local restaurants. We parked our rental car in front and were greeted by staff that was already expecting us. The staff was extremely accommodating of my requests (decorating our room with balloons and making a birthday cake for my friend's birthday before our arrival). Wonderful setting, at the end of a rather busy hotel zone, managed in a

We stayed at Dos Ceibas for 8 nights and it was absolutely amazing! The staff is very helpful and kind and if you get to know them a little you feel like family. It may take a day or two to find your groove here but once you do you will never want to leave. It is very peaceful, quiet and amazingly beautiful. The rooms are simple and charming (no frills) and have everything you need. The food in the restaurant is not the best food around but the price is good and it is definitely worth trying.

We stayed at the Posada Yum Kin in November and extended our stay.
The accommodation is beautiful, the rooms have character, and the service is excellent.
Liz, the manager, was particularly great - really helpful and friendly. She made our stay memorable.
Breakfast each morning was lovely.
The hotel is a bit out of the town but we didn't find this a problem, and you can hire bikes if you want to - they'll get you everywhere you need.
Already recommending to others.

Any hotel on this stretch of Tulum beach can't fail to have a
'wow' factor so Rosa del Viento is no exception. The views of
the sea and proximity to the sand are fabulous. The beach furniture is
plentiful and the rooms are well appointed - even for a beach side

The night we arrived was stormy but a warm and friendly staff made you feel welcome and a comfortable bed awaited us. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the owner Máximo and the front desk , Josep and Diana to the restaurant cadre, Jose Manuel, Marcos, Teodoro, and all the rest.It was a magical stay and although it seemed at times we were in splendid isolation, even that was fantastic with the ocean at our feet and the wind in the palms..we will definitely do it again and highly recomend

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay
was not only a comfortable one but a memorable one. The free breakfast
served every morning was excellent and far from your typical breakfast.

Nice and quiet spot, bit far away from the beach but that's no issue
if you have a bike, if not, taxis are cheap and everywhere. We felt at
home and decided spontaneously to stay one more day which was no problem
at all even if we got the last room so the hotel was fully booked. Very
nice hosts! Would definetely come back -

The price and place is perfect! I loved the location inside the peublo
and away from the touristy resort area; yet close enough to the beach
and plenty of shopping and authentic restaurants. The owner Josh is
extremely friendly and a hilarious guy. The courtyard area is beautiful
and gives the feeling of being in a secret oasis inside the jungle.

Die Lage ist klasse, das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Nur durch ihre Hilfe haben wir unser Gepäck wiedererhalten, welches am
Flughafen verloren gegangen war. Der Garten ist einfach wahnsinn und man
möchte den ganzen Tag dort verbringen. Unsere eindeutige Empfehlung.
