  I stayed with my family in a two bedroom suite. we reached the place earlier than the hotel's check in time yet we weren't asked to pay extra bucks for the early check in,which was what we all expected at first; plus our room was made available in just a few minutes after we have confirmed our booking. Our suite was on the 3rd floor and was really really lovely! Only that you'll - Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted.   We were on holiday with my sister and both rooms were upgraded from doubles to deluxe suites with fantastic views and super-fast wi-if. The staff are very professional, the food was ok and they have a well equipped gym. It is also a 2 min walk from Berjaya Times Square, 5 mins from Sungei Wang and Low Yat and about 10 mins from Pavillion, Starhill... cosa dice la gente » and Fahrenheit 88. There is also a fantastic little bar across the street called Flash (big up to the owner Thomas!). - Big Hotel, 27 floors with 4 lifts. Excellent fully equiped gym of 3 Treadmills, 2 crosstrainers 3 bikes and full set of dumbells along with various specific bodypart exercise equipment. Nice pool but bit small to seriously swim. Rooms are great, big size with large windows, Stayed 814 then shifted to 1203 which was suite upgrde with seperate King bedroom off sitting room. All 4 star fittings and facilities.

  Nice place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur since it is accessible to everything we need while on vacation. What I commend most in Hotel Genesis is the honesty of the staff.
