Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. Well, the food which I ordered from the restaurant during my stay taste really nice and delicious. A compliment for that. - The room was good especially the location of the Hotel was near to public transports.

staff was very helpfull and i appreciate they give them best to us..especialy eriq. - The staffs were generall friendly but lack of information for placesand not very willing to look up the internet for it. Felt helpless inthat sense.

We were on holiday with my sister and both rooms were upgraded from doubles to deluxe suites with fantastic views and super-fast wi-if. The staff are very professional, the food was ok and they have a well equipped gym. It is also a 2 min walk from Berjaya Times Square, 5 mins from Sungei Wang and Low Yat and about 10 mins from Pavillion, Starhill

Big Hotel, 27 floors with 4 lifts.
Excellent fully equiped gym of 3 Treadmills, 2 crosstrainers 3 bikes and full set of dumbells along with various specific bodypart exercise equipment.
Nice pool but bit small to seriously swim.
Rooms are great, big size with large windows, Stayed 814 then shifted to 1203 which was suite upgrde with seperate King bedroom off sitting room. All 4 star fittings and facilities.

the location of the hotel is in bukit bin tan...from where times square , low yat market and mrt is closeby. the rooms are very clean and nicely maintained.......from the room menara tower was visible. just infront of the hotel there was "rashna bilash restaurent" - whichs food was mind blowing.

Near LRT plaza rakyat and Pudusentral bus station that you can get Genting from here. Breakfast is good taste and I love comfort pillows and bed. Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff, value for money. Taxi Cost RM 80 from airport, RM60 back to airport. Approx 35mins walk to KL tower/Petronas tower area. RM40 in taxi to Batu Cave. Beside Chinatown.
