We stayed in Westin for 3 nights 4th - 7th Oct 2013.
The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

El Hotel es extarordinario y toda su gente tambien. - Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes. We will surely re-staythere next time. - E

This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. A good location in the middle of Johor & KL whereby just need a very short journey to reach a peace and relax resort. Although the sea is not clean enough but we are enjoying while sitting at rooftop as it comes with sound of waves & sea wind. Interior design is nice, especially have chosen lots of wood furnitures and materials. Chinese restaurant at 2nd floor is worth of money, their foods are so delicious!

I went to E & O residence with my family on 8th august 2013. The place is very nice, clean and beautiful. There is everything that a family of 4 adults need. The rooms, toilets, living room and kitchen are well maintained. Kitchen comes with all utensils like knife, pans, spoons and etc. You can even cook a meal or bake a cake for your family to enjoy.
Security very good. Be it parking your car or the lift going up the condo
The breakfast is quite limited but the taste is good.

The compound is relatively new, very clean, the apartments are spacious and the swimming pools and other recreation facilities are fantastic. Supermarkets and restaurants and other activities are withing walking distance. -
The room was spacious, spotless, well appointed, had excellent views and very secure. The staff and amenities were great.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. I wish we have stayed longer because the place was perfect (clean facilities, good location - about 5-10 mins away from Petronas Tower and walking distance from a metro station). I would definitely go back to Jia's Residences! -
The owner response was excellent and Mr. Luis is very cooperative person.
