  Staff are warm, friendly and attentive. Grounds are beautiful and serene. Rooms are amazing, especially the outdoor showers and that amazing bed. Food is exceptional and the beach beautiful. An absolute haven. - Amazing place, great facilities, good food. The cooking class offered by the Four Season chef was one of the highlight of the stay

  Everything is great - friendly staff, adequately sized rooms, great for business events, easily accessible from the toll exit. Above average and will definitely come again.   The most significant aspect of this enjoyable stay was the service experience provided by the staff. A friendly, welcoming and engaging team of people. From reception to housekeeping, they were all committed to provide care and assitance as well as timely response to any type of demand. We really had a great time and I definit - A lovely spot situated by the road but you cannot hear the traffic. It's approx 15 min walk to the beach & resort. The staff were very helpful, especially Wanie, she helped us with everyday queries. We hired a car for 3 days, costing 300 MYR (£60) so that we got to see the island - it has beautiful beaches and the cable car ride is spectacular. The room was large and spacious, with daily complimentary water, tea,coffee. Breakfast was sufficient but sometimes came in cold as it is not prepared on

  Fabulous! The guest service for check is very good and very accomodative. Swimming pool is well maintained. Breakfast is acceptable. I will come again. - Satisfied with the staff, service and facilities. We feel so enjoyable, peacefully and relaxing. Everything was so wonderful. Recommended to others.

Assisted me with rental car booking although only given 1 day notice before arrival as well as storage of luggage after I checked out while I went to rebak island for 2 nights. - The service nice . Good manner & have a goods enviroment . :3 near cenang beach & not far from kuah .
