dining options located in south Jeju-do. Two female employees at the
reception desk spoke & understood English very well. One was helpful
in recommending local pork bbq restaurants & wrote the name in
Hangul for us so we could read the signs as well as also provided th

A very convenient location and value for money (considering the fact that it is located amongst 5-star hotels). As it is situated within the Jungmun Tourism Complex, most of the tourist spots are within the area - Yeomiji Garden, the waterfalls, Teddy Bear Museum, Jungmun beach etc. There are many eateries and convenience stores within and nearby the hotel too. Breakfast selection was good too. Friendly staff - always ready to help :) Most importantly, the room had a very clean toilet :)

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in my whole life. Thouhg it was expensive, but it was really nice, breath taking view, very spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice resturants, excellent breakfast, Dinner with the Volcano Show was nice, very nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools for kids and adults, nice relaxing facilities at the beach, and great idea for the barbeque at the camping area but we did not try it :).

Really enjoyed my trip to jeju and stay at shilla. Definitely will be back again! -
Concierge staff were extremely helpful and supportive in planning our day trips and itineraries, arranged for transport, walked us to our driver and translated - just unbelievable! Always 3 or more people at the desk never had to wait. Great overall hotel facilitie and restaurants. Spa treatments were also unbelievable.

It was a very relaxing stay and we felt at home all the time. Sue and
her husband took great care of us and guided us to the local restaurants

it is amazing trip in Doladam, I have a very nice and friendly care from Sue and her husband, they are kindly and hospitable, especially that I received the confirmed email from Sue at once when i booked the room, they like to chat with you about everything, give me a ride to the bus station....get too much

Staff hotel are really helpfull even their english is poor but they
still tried to answer & explain to our question about the
transportation, place of interest etc.as detail as they could. Room is
clean, you can have free coffe or tea at the lobby in front of the front
office/reception. Near the airport bus stop (bus no 600) just 5
minute walk

Location of the hotel is good. Quiet in the night, good for a nice rest at night. Walk about 200m to the rotary which is convenient to board public buses to famous scenic locations. The staff at the reception is really very helpful, even though they may not be able to speak english that well. But they'll go the extra mile to help you with any questions.
