1. Friendly staff - the manager Alex responded quickly to my emails and offered a free upgrade when my travel party increased in number. The lady at the check-in counter was very helpful and efficient when we checked in late at night.

The resort was clean and quiet. Its a place for relaxation. The sea view from the room was beautiful. and it was so soothing to hear the sound of sea waves when you go to bed. Big space of the room and near with seogwipo olle market and also delicious seafood restaurant. It also near with tourist attraction like cheonjiyeon waterfall and seogwipo harbor. They also book us for a taxi early in the morning to go to airport and tell us for pre-booking taxi to save money it only charge us 25000won from hotel to the airport. we also got free parking here at the hotel.
