Guest relations was even more impressive - I was given clear directions to hotel from airport as it was my first trip to Sapporo.   The room was clean and nice with free multi-charger for my phone. There were also free onsen for men/women. The kids love going to the onsen. It's an easy walking distance from the station and bus terminal, so it serves as a great base for exploring Asahikawa and the surrounding area, and it's also close to a number of restaurants and popular stores. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillow were so soft and fluffy I didn't want to get up in the morning. Definitely a great deal!
