overall one the best hotels I stayed in Japan so far -
After a minor problem we where conducted to a suberb room, extremely well conceived, a room not only big, but with a wonderful view from the living room and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished, we had breakfast in the morning sitting in a very nice veranda. An Hakodate is a place to visit. Finally, the hotel is extremely well located, in between the station and the historical district.

Everything is fine. Very convenient as it is pretty close to a subway station and has a convenience store at the ground floor, which is open around the clock. The room is nice and very big compare to other hotels (30 sqr m) with
sofa and work table in the room. There is wifi everywhere in the hotel
and also in room. Convenient store is just downstair. Location is good
and very near to subway station.

Very conveniently located outside the North Exit of Sapporo jr Station,
just 2 minutes walk in the open; especially good for us with luggage.
This Hotel is perfect for both long and short stay in Sapporo with small
eateries and convenient stores nearby. Check-in and out are smooth,
simple and quick. Staff is willing to help though with limited English.
Room and bath are spacious enough in Japanese standard. Excellent to
have massage chair in room for relaxation after a day's walk /

the English-speaking concierge was on hand to assist with my check-in and was there to help regarding some confusion about my transfer to the airport. Fantastic service, staff are all incredibly polite (as is the usual in Japan) and were always trying to help. -

We had a canal view room (the otaru canal is just across the road). I like the room very much, it's clean and spacious, toilet and bath room are separated. Besides, there is a massage chair in my room! what a wonderful thought, love it!! ^^ -

The hotel's location is great - just across the Abashiri Rail Station. It is very clean and the room was well equiped with essentials you need for a short stay.The hotel staff is really very helpful and their service is excellent and they go to the extend for lending me a sewing kit when I needed at the time. No frills hotel, clean, very conveniently located just across the train station. Decent albeit simple dinner available for all guests (curry rice) and decent filling breakfast. A good hotel if you are only staying 1/2 night(s)and using the hotel as a base to explore Shiretoko Peninsula.
