  This hotel was great! Perfectly clean and very spacious. Recently renovated it seemed. Excellent indoor and outdoor Onsen and luckily a western oriented breakfast. Only thing I missed at breakfast was Yoghurt. The kitchen had an induction stove and a large fridge with freezer. No problems stocking up on food for the whole week. The staff offer dry towel and hot tea once we step inside the lobby without asking. Very warm and touching service. - The staff was very accommodating. We were upgraded to a larger room which included a separate bedroom with two twin beds plus the tatami room which gave us the option of sleeping on futons. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the staff accommodated our request to join the two rooms for meals to allow the four of us to eat together. The front desk went the extra step of driving us from the ryokan to the train station.
