The location was excellent as we're the staff who were very helpful when I mistakenly threw some travel documentation into the hotel rubbish. They were genuinely happy when it was found. The buffet breakfast was very good. -
Smile Hotel is located just opposite the JR station, bus & tram hub. Only walking distance to the morning fish market.

The first thing we like is this hotel is very easy to find. Just walk about 2 minutes from JR Station to get there and from there it takes just a minute to the Morning Market. The room is quite old but very neat and tidy. They have a big flat screen TV, green tea, hair dryer, Yukata and Obi set for changing clothes. The staff is very nice although we get here a bit late (8pm). Morerover, they can speak english quite well. I recommend it if you want some place which is good and has reasonable pr

It was okay to compare with price we pay. We went there during high season so there is a bus stop in front of the pension. If there is no bus, the only way to get there is to take a taxi because it is quite far from JR Furano station.
Good for budget-concerned travellers who just want a night to stay in Furano. -

Lovely helpful friendly staff. Small but spotlessly clean rooms. Close to railway station - but the letsbookhotel.com map has hotel in wrong place (google maps is correct). Either turn right out of the north exit and head east - you should see a 7eleven - it's a 100 yards passed that, or come out of the east exit, turn left and then right at the

Staff were really friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help me to change to a room with better wifi reception. The room was quite sufficient for 3 adults and some small/medium luggages, but most importantly clean and comfortable. It's about 15 minutes walk from the JR Sapporo station, which is not so bad as long as you're not carrying a ton of luggage with you. Would definitely come back again!

Super clean and staff is very friendly. There is a pc in the lobby that you can use for free.
Breakfast is awesome: coffee, tea, juice, water, espresso, delicious bread, fresh croissants, butter and jam. Perfect location and great restaurants around the area -

1. The various facilities e.g. microwave, computer, printer (Although I failed to print my file and was reluctant to ask the front desk staff.), coffee dispenser, which are all free.
2. The coin laundry.
3. The spacious and bright lobby.
4. The cosmetic package gift.

The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and conveniently located near the station and downtown area. Great amenities, safe parking, and the hotel staff spoke English! All in all, a great deal. I plan to stay there again the next time I'm in Kushiro.
