  Clean rooms, Excellent staff (friendly/helpful) Location was pretty alright, though really a long walk from Sapporo Station Free wired internet in room - the room and the toilets are large for Japanese standard. the hotel design is classy and luxurious, with very nice city view.

  Cross is about 5 minutes away from JR Sapporo station. The location is very convenient and the staff is really helpful. Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that closes around 4 am in the morning. Great service, really good location (a few minutes from the JR station). Tasty breakfast with lots of variety. There is a nice hot bath on the 18th floor where you can relax and enjoy great city views. Room itself is clean, really comfortable bed. And the staff is just willing to serve you with all your wishes. Really recommend this hotel.

  It is a very cosy, comfortable hotel. The onsen is superb with great view of the city. The massage is also great, skillful staff and great value for money compared to other 5-star hotels that we have stayed in Japan. Hence, enough space for play which is rare in Japan. The staff are friendly and helpful although only speak basic English. - Th location is good, walk to Mt Hakodate rope way is around 20 mins.
