  The room was clean and nice with free multi-charger for my phone. There were also free onsen for men/women. The kids love going to the onsen. The free ramen at 9.30 pm everyday was delicious and the buffet breakfast was good with wide selections. The counter staff was very helpful with the city map and directions. Guest relations was even more impressive - I was given clear directions to hotel from airport as it was my first trip to Sapporo.
