Even if the market is closed (as when we stayed in the hotel), there are some pretty good eating spots in the vicinity where one can find fresh fish and seafood.   Location - very close to Ueno station, sauna facilities (I started and ended every single day in there - they are brilliant), cleanliness, cost and the "relax" room - basically, a room full of very comfortable easy chairs with blankets and individual tv to kick back after the sauna (or really, any time you like). They are comfortable, cool and clean and I could have stayed there muc - Great, efficient, very friendly, clean. Note that there isn't wi-fi but there's a computer to use. Still giving this five stars because everything promised was delivered to the highest standard.
