The staff are excellent. Impeccably courteous, of course, friendly, and
helpful. The room was spacious, and had two views, as it was a corner
room. One overlooked a nice garden. It was quiet and restful, yet
convenient to subway stops and really nice and (seriously) inexpensive
restaurants (just beside the nearby ana Hotel, part of the shops which

are part of the Suntory Hall complex). There are plenty of competitive
shops on the streets near the hotel, so you're in no way hostage to
the hotel -
The Hotel Okura is well maintained and a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The Staff is super friendly and courteous.
Bed was comfortable, the bathroom, small but clean and with everything you might need. Very clean in general. Decoration of the Hotel is a minimalistic Japanese style.

The Hotel is in a less crowded area of Tokyo and therefore very quiet in the nights. It is only a two minute walk to the Onarimon Metro station and three stations away from the Ginza area. The limousine bus from Narita also stops at the hotel so airport transfers are easy. There is a convenience store in the basement. -

Excellent business hotel with a full size bath tub and a great bed.
Breakfast is provided but no room service. However, given its proximity
with Roppongi night district, finding food at odd hours of the night is
not difficult. Centrally located, it's next to a train station and
right next to ana Intercontinental Hotel. Narita airport has a direct

Limousine bus service. Room size is big for Tokyo standards and staff
are friendly. -
Tokyo Metro is located a few steps from the hotel which is very convenient.
You can reach the hotel easily by limousine bus from both airports. You get off from ANA Hotel & walk about 8 min to the hotel.
Breakfast is satisfactory.

Our twin room was comfortable and quiet. Liked the fabric freshener that was provided in the closet.There are lots of eating places around the area on the way to Shimbashi station which is 15 walk away. You have a choice of 3 other stations about 7 minutes walk away. -

We loved our corner room at the back side of the hotel with a nice view.
We stayed in 8 different hotels around Japan (3 in Tokyo), and this was
one of the best for the price. -
I left some money in my room and some documents. They went beyond what is necessary to return them to me.

size is ideal and bed is comfortable unlike the common hotels in Tokyo.
