  Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation on the elevators so commuting to the ground was a little slow.   The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. We had a room with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

  We love this hotel, it was very clean, comfort, convenient and well-trained staffs. Little quiet if compare with the other big city's location but we prefer staying at this hotel.   The Hotel is in a less crowded area of Tokyo and therefore very quiet in the nights. It is only a two minute walk to the Onarimon Metro station and three stations away from the Ginza area. The limousine bus from Narita also stops at the hotel so airport transfers are easy.   Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional towels ... cosa dice la gente » and toothbrushes. Am very glad that we are going to stay there when we return from Hokkaido later this month. :) - The convenient location to train and subway lines. Also the many restaurants within the complex. Comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

  The hotel is placed right in front of the Tokyo tower, in the Shiba park, and it's right next the Zojo-ji temple. You can access within 5 minutes the E and I lines of the subway and get quickly to roppongi, ginza, and anywhere you need. The service is excellent - especially the staff working at conciergerie. I suggest a corner room - not he cheapest but definitively worth the experience. Th - I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge. The staff is of course very friendly courteous. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.
