  Fantastic location a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku-gochōme station. The hotel itself is clean, the room was quite large and the facilities (internet, washing machine, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, proper knife for cutting things) were excellent. As others have mentioned, the breakfast is quite simple - b - The room and bathroom was a reasonable size compared with other Tokyo hotels where there is pretty much just enough room for a bed. We thought the breakfast was quite good. Start your day with a healthy salad, boiled eggs, toast and a main dish that changed daily. Staff were super friendly. They greet you every single time you walk into the hotel. We made good use of the washing machine, dryer and microwave inside the room.

  This was an interesting experience staying at this place and would recommend it to open minded travellers visiting the city. Good location within 10 minutes walking distance of Shinjuku station. Whilst I was travelling with luggage this could be stored at the reception area as there is not a lot of room in either the capsule of the small lockers ... cosa dice la gente » provided which are really just to be used for a small back pack and hanging up of clothes. If you are travelling around and just stay here for a nigh - 10/10 for novelty value, but more than that, this was a very comfortable night's sleep. English instruction leaflet was provided and the staff were very friendly, so the atmosphere was more relaxed than I'd expected. There isn't a speck of dirt anywhere - you leave shoes on entry and wear shorts and top which are provided - rest of your clothes go in your pers

  We arrived earlier than the check-in time so we dropped our luggage off at the front desk. When we got back to properly check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our luggage had already been sent to our room without any hassle. You have washing and drying machines. we were two in a room and we had enough space. The bathroom is large and clean, you have also separated toilets. We really recommand this hotel and don't hesitate to come back if we go back to Tokyo ! - This is the second time I have been here after the first visit in July this year. This hotel was lovely as always, with helpful staff and clean facilities. Room was big and nice, computer can be used for free. Rather like a hotel, it is kind of a homestay for student so you can make sure it is safe though. And this hotel has a very big bathroom.

  The hotel is in a perfect location and very easy to find, only one stop after Shinjuku which was perfect as Shinjuku station itself is very confusing. Good wifi connection.
