It's very close to Garibaldi railway station and to Piramide metro station. About 15 min going by foot to the Coliseum. 2 fruit shops are very close. And lots of pizzerias and small kafes.
The owner is very friendly and helpful, we were in touch by email before our arriving.
It wouldn't be so easy to find the hotel if I hadn't check it beforehand

Everything was perfect! Room was big, clean and well-organized with new facilities. There's plenty of breakfast and also automatic coffee machine. You can cook your meal with full kitchen and microwave. Staff and owner were very friendly. They were always in contact even in the evening I was wondering how to turn on the air-conditioner. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I will absolutely stay here again if I go to Rome!

The localization is veery good ( for us at least ;P)- 5 minutes walking to metro Manzoni which is close to Termini, the central railway station. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

Good location, away from the tourists but not far from the attractions. Room very clean and all the appliances were of a modern and high standard. Great kitchen with everything one would need. Very comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great hotel. Would not hesitate in staying here again. Especially during the colder months where I found the room lovely and warm.

It has a great location. You can reach everything by foot with a short walk (or talk the metro if you want to). Usually the area close to the train station is not great, but this hotel is located in the best area close to the train station. We were out until midnight every day, and only met friendly people. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious and very silent. The staff is very friendly, never had so much insider information at check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

It is a friendly place. The decor is nice but the furniture is worn. Fabio is a fabulous host and always willing to fix you a cuppocino or a water. The breakfast is very good with good selection and fresh pastries, eggs and juice. -

the location was fabulous and we felt very safe there. We were in walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and also close to transport. Plenty of cafes right on the doorstep. I would highly recommend this Inn and this area. -
