  It's very close to Garibaldi railway station and to Piramide metro station. About 15 min going by foot to the Coliseum. 2 fruit shops are very close. And lots of pizzerias and small kafes. Room was big, clean and well-organized with new facilities. There's plenty of breakfast and also automatic coffee machine. You can cook your meal with full kitchen and microwave. Staff and owner were very friendly. They were always in contact even in the evening I was wondering how to turn on the air-conditioner. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I will absolutely stay here again if I go to Rome!

There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

  The B&B was in the neigbourhood of the Colosseum, 10 minutes by foot, so we could reach everything easily. Our host was very firendly, helped so much when we arrived. We got city map, explanation, every useful information. The room was always clean. The kitchen was with full of equipment for a home made meal. The room looks like on the pictures. - Good location, away from the tourists but not far from the attractions. Room very clean and all the appliances were of a modern and high standard. Great kitchen with everything one would need. Very comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great hotel. Would not hesitate in staying here again. Especially during the colder months where I found the room lovely and warm.

I am a young woman, and could walk around without my husband even in the eve - It has a great location. You can reach everything by foot with a short walk (or talk the metro if you want to). Usually the area close to the train station is not great, but this hotel is located in the best area close to the train station. We were out until midnight every day, and only met friendly people. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious and very silent. The staff is very friendly, never had so much insider information at check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

  the location was fabulous and we felt very safe there. We were in walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and also close to transport. Plenty of cafes right on the doorstep. I would highly recommend this Inn and this area. - Only three rooms but very nice and confortable in the middle of the old city!
