We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We
were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we
were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if
we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is
very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is
10/10, just on the banks of the river. The breakfast is very good if
you like Italian breakfast, if you like warm food for breakfast you will
be disappoin

Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden. We absolutely recommend this hotel. -

We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

One of the best hotels we have yet stayed in: excellent location (right in the middle of Livigno), friendly and efficient staff, clean, functional and beautiful room, excellent breakfast, free (and good) WiFi. Because it is a no-smoking hotel there was no hint of that horrible stale smoke smell one so often gets in other hotels. -

Personale gentilissimo! Avevo chiesto al ragazzo della reception se sapesee dove si trovava l'azienda da cui sarei dovuto andare il giorno seguente (il navigatore non trovava l'indirizzo) e lui la mattina mi ha fatto strada accompagnandomi fino alla destinazione.
Hotel nuovissimo, tutto di ottima qualità, colazione abbondante. -

Ambiente molto curato, piacevole e ospitale. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo il servizio a colazione che si distingue dalla maggior parte degli hotel. La cosa che ci e' piaciuta di piu' e l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff.
La colazione e' buonissima con cibi genuini (prosciutto, formaggio, salame,) e il signore era molto gentile a servirci a tavola.
Le pietanze per la cena sono buone e preparate velocemente.
L'albergo si trova in un posto tranquillo vicino ad un camping site e al lago.
La nostra camera anche se non era con vista lago (siccome non ci sono camera quadruple con vista lago) era comoda e fresca.
