  We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! There were bathrobes and slippers for each guest, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fabulous, especially the shower. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard.   Very good location for Garda area as well as for Verona and even Venice visits. Anna and Stephan are totally devoted for the guests and would go all the way to help.   Lovely place! Great village to stay in, slopes nearby, "brand-new" hotel, very comfortable, nice balcony, tasty interiors, good breakfast. They take credit cards which is not common case in Italy. We will go there again. - tremendous views, excelent slopes, great staff, very nice people
