  E stato il nostro primo soggiorno in questo albergo e non potevamo capitare meglio. E' veramente raro trovare una struttura che offre servizi e stanze che vanno oltre le 4 stelle assegnate, ma con la sensazione di trovarsi ospiti a casa di amici. Molto belle le stanze tutte in stile baita, una pulizia eccezionale ed una cucina di altissimo livello... cosa dice la gente » ci hanno " costretto " a prolungare il soggiorno oltre la data che avevamo prefissato. L' ospitalità familiare della famiglia Compagnoni e la profess - Tutto! Camere pulite e confortevoli, colazione ricca e magnifica, ristorante con un menù fantastico con la mezza pensione e soprattutto la professionalità di tutto lo staff, dai gestori ai camerieri!   Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... cosa dice la gente » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

It was tiny bit hard to find, especially at night, but when we finally made it, we decided it was worth every minute of the trip. Amazing views, beautifully decorated, lovely neighborhood, adorable and caring owner and the rest of the staff.

  Michaele the owner was the loveliest host ever. His advice on where to eat, visit , ride and what to do in the area was amazing. He went out of his way to help and make you feel at home.
