Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden. We absolutely recommend this hotel. -

We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

Wonderful location in Bellano (which is usually a quiet village) right on the lakeside. Our room opened onto a balcony that had the lake lapping right underneath it. Great dining room with big picture windows onto lake. Breakfast was really good with eggs cooked to order by the owner!
