padova is an extremely interesting and lively city - historically and in it's current appearance - people of all ages using and enjoying the environment of the city.It is a city for tourists and also for residents -not like Venice which is a tourist city only.
We also like the tram -there should be more.

This was a first class hotel in the very best part of town. The staff
was warm, friendly, and spoke perfect English. They even helped me with
my not so great Italian. The room was spotlessly clean, more spacious
than usual for European hotels, and ours overlooked the basilica, so
beautiful. Breakfast was abundant, fresh, and diverse. It is a very
short bus ride to the train, if you are using Padova as a base for
Venice, Verona, and Vicenza as we did. I cannot more highly recommend
this hotel.

Neat, comfortable, cosy, nicely fitted-out hotel that is easily reached using the tram and close to the most interesting areas of Padova. Friendly efficient staff. Low cost breakfast is suited to those (like us) who rarely consume a big breakfast and simply want a good coffee!

I was on a spiritual retreat at Santa Giustina. The staff was delightfully friendly and even playful when I teased. The breakfast was very good, the view of the Basilica from my window charming, and the location excellent for my purposes! I was in Padua during the election of the new Pope so I was able to follow events well. The hotel restaurtant menu and staff were first calss!

Reception lady was really kind and helpful, speaks good English. The location is good, quiet environment. Rooms are beautiful, seems like new or freshly renovated. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Little patio is lovely belonging to the rooms. Very modern athmosphere, nice furnitures. Parking place is safe in a closed courtyard, you definitely don't need your car as city center is reachable by foot. AC was fantastic, cooled down the room very good despite there was 45 C degree outside.

I stayed there with my friends, it was a stop before going to Venice. We came late evening and owners were waiting for us :) they prepared very nice cozy room, as at home and we got everything we needed :) I would definately will come there again and recommend to the others!!!
