Unfortunately I never heard her name - This was a first class hotel in the very best part of town. The staff was warm, friendly, and spoke perfect English. They even helped me with my not so great Italian. The room was spotlessly clean, more spacious than usual for European hotels, and ours overlooked the basilica, so beautiful. Breakfast was abundant, fresh, and diverse. It is a very short bus ride to the train, if you are using Padova as a base for Venice, Verona, and Vicenza as we did. I cannot more highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly efficient staff. Low cost breakfast is suited to those (like us) who rarely consume a big breakfast and simply want a good coffee!
