  Arranged a lift from airport with hotel owner - very friendly and meant we could get in to the room very early. Beautiful old building - lively location in the historical centre of bergamo. Breakfast good with platter of fresh fruit, hot drinks, meat and cheeses, yoghurts and bread. - The welcome was very lovely and the owner was kind in making good recommendations for places to eat on two very rainy evenings. The rooms with ceiling frescoes are high and very appealing. The breakfasts were a refreshing surprise with salad plates presented along with cereal and fresh fruit.

  Its a beautiful family run b&b. we had breakfast in the green garden without the intense heat of Florence. And its right in the heart of the old town of Bergamo; a short taxi ride from the railway station & to the airport. Location is perfect, 15 minutes drive to- from the Airport. We stayed in the family room with beautiful Terace-Garden. Even we left very early in the morning, the owner prepared some sandwiches for us as take away. Sure will stay also next time.

The room was big enough and perfectly suited to all our needs (with a separate bed for our elder child) with an enormous bathroom. We had a kitchenette with table and sofa and large, comfortable bed, mountain view over roofs from top floor room. 5 minute walk to modern city /airport bus.

  Lorenzo the master is very nice and congenial. The hotel is indeed an apartment in the old building in the centre of the city, almost in front of the walls of Citta Alta. Even cups, wardrobe and bureau are old and pretty. The breakfast is usual for Italy and is served in the room. I am likely to stay at Lorenzo's next time - i stayed with my wife in this lovely guest house in bergamo city centre. the place was very clean and cosy and it is highly recommendable. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained us everything from where are the best restaurants to eat, how to get to the old city(and the old city cathedral is a must see) to how to get to the aeroporto. so it was an excellent experience.

  It's a bit tricky for me to comment on B&B La Casa Rosa Suite. When we arrived Eleana greeted us but told us that the B&B was full and that we would be staying in an apartment in the centre of Bergamo. The apartment was very nice with a small roof terrace on the 7th floor, overlooking the town and with a view to the old town.
