Frendly stuff. Clean and nice room. Good location, nice atmosphere around. Venice - a city to see, and this hotel is a good place to stay few nights. You can leave the luggage in hotel Florida after you checked out (it's the other hotel where you check-in and check-out), and it's really near the railway station. -

We stayed at the Casanova apartment. The owner met us in the square where the apartment is and he was very friendly and showed us around the flat, gave us a map of the city, told us where the nearest vaporetto stop, supermarket etc is located.

The apartment (vivaldi) was very clean and the staff friendly. They didn't have a booking for our last day so they let us check out at 6pm. The apartment is not only central but in a proper strategic spot, everything was only 5 minutes away. It was warm, comfortable and gave lots of privacy. This is my second visit to the wonderful hotel and it will not be my last! The location is amazing, only 1 bridge to cross with your suit case from the water stop, situated minutes from San Marco and the Grand Canal. As a solo traveller I walked back to the hotel well after midnight, to a warm and welcoming reception. Nothing is too much trouble

The staff were just brilliant, welcoming, friendly, helpful and they even kept their cool when our 5 year old spilt her yoghurt over their beautiful carpet at breakfast. The room was top class and very comfortable for a family of 4. The motel is in a top spot so close to all the action. P.S don't be put off by the alleyway entrance. We were initally concerned it was going to be a dinghy place but we were pleasantly surprised.

The experience of staying here was excellent even before we arrived! As we were arriving really late into Venice, Matteo assured us it was no problem to meet us at San Marco vaporetto and walked us to the B&B! A nice touch so late at night!
The B&B was perfectly located just a few minutes walk from St Marks square and less than 10 from Rialto bridge - generally close to everything we wanted to see and do as a tourist! Matteo was also a great support in helping us find details of train

Location was perfect and was just 100 metres from the train station,
easier to find the hotel, remember it's very difficult to find
hotels in the small streets of Venice and it can be very difficult with
a small kid and a big baggage to travel in the crowded waterbus. The
street outside the hotel are always busy and crowded, felt very good
and safe.The room was quite big per European standards. The breakfast
was good and there were good options. The staff were very friendly and
