  We stayed at the Casanova apartment. The owner met us in the square where the apartment is and he was very friendly and showed us around the flat, gave us a map of the city, told us where the nearest vaporetto stop, supermarket etc is located. When I booked the place, reading all the reviews I was convinced there would be no - The apartment (vivaldi) was very clean and the staff friendly. They didn't have a booking for our last day so they let us check out at 6pm. The apartment is not only central but in a proper strategic spot, everything was only 5 minutes away. It was warm, comfortable and gave lots of privacy. The two bedrooms were on the opposite sides of the apartment. The best thing was the terrace on top of the roof.   This is my second visit to the wonderful hotel and it will not be my last! The location is amazing, only 1 bridge to cross with your suit case from the water stop, situated minutes from San Marco and the Grand Canal. As a solo traveller I walked back to the hotel well after midnight, to a warm and welcoming reception. Nothing is too much trouble... co mówią ludzie » . Nice breakfast - excellent coffee! To everyone at the Do Pozzi, thank you for a wonderful holiday. - The staff were just brilliant, welcoming, friendly, helpful and they even kept their cool when our 5 year old spilt her yoghurt over their beautiful carpet at breakfast. The room was top class and very comfortable for a family of 4. The motel is in a top spot so close to all the action. P.S don't be put off by the alleyway entrance. We were initally concerned it was going to be a dinghy place but we were pleasantly surprised.

  Absolutely loved it. The owner, Matteo came and met us at Rialto Bridge, from there it was a few minutes walk to the hotel. St Marks square was just a few minutes walk too. We were upgraded from out triple room (on the canal, which was delightful) to two very large adjoining rooms on the canal, with a double length balcony! It was stunning. There are um - The experience of staying here was excellent even before we arrived! As we were arriving really late into Venice, Matteo assured us it was no problem to meet us at San Marco vaporetto and walked us to the B&B! A nice touch so late at night! The B&B was perfectly located just a few minutes walk from St Marks square and less than 10 from Rialto bridge - generally close to everything we wanted to see and do as a tourist!   Our trip to Venice was very enjoyable and relaxing, thanks to our accommodation at Corte 1321. The lady working at the time, whose name we unfortunately did not catch, was very warm and welcoming. She came out to the courtyard to greet us when we arrived - and had even waited until late evening for us to arrive after some train delays. We felt very com - We loved the place. It's a very well appointed place with excellent decor and furniture. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom shower area was really spacious. The Corte 1321 is located at the Rialto Bridge end of Venice with easy access to the Vaporetto stops. The host Maria was excellent and very knowledgable and helpful, our kids thought she was wonderful.
