Under the tower is a beautiful bandb,more like a hotel!, very clean, staff exceptionally helpful. Room was lovely, very private and secure. Location is ideal - very near the tower. My wife and I had a great time in this B&B. Location is great : you walk 20m and around the corner is this big fellow. The leaning tower of Pisa. Rooms and service are very good. The restaurant Il Toscano is "star-quality". Try the carpacio and the tagliata (with rosemary and salt). It's delicious. So a big "thumbs-up" for Nicola and his team.

Beautiful location about 100m from the leaning tower. I spend a lot of time just hanging out the window watching the square and people. The facilities are great, with a well equipped kitchen. The attached restaurant was well priced with good food (lots of local italians eating there).

The room is in a very old building in the central street that leads to the pisa tower.Decorated in unique way. Really nice place to stay and Katerina the owner is very friendly and ready to help with everything. Nice breakfast included also!For the price is a no brainer!

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It was built in 1920 and has an Art Deco appearance with modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower with new tiles, mirrors and sink. The location was perfect! Close to the tower, bus right out front front that takes you to the train station and airport. Breakfast was yummy-kids loved the sandwiches and I loved the cakes and coffee! Room was great for a family of 4 with a balcony to enjoy in the morning and evening! Super place and would stay here again!

Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families.
They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

La colazione semplice ma soddisfacente, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff sono state straordinarie. Dalla stazione di Pisa con diversi autobus in 5-10 minuti si raggiunge l'hotel e a soli 5 minuti di cammino c'è la torre. -

Everything, actually. A part of a historic building refurbished and made into a B&B of high standard. Giulia the lady that owns the place was very friendly and welcoming and provided some good walking tours to do which was good as once you have seen the tower you're not sure what to do next. Tower Gardens is very well situated on a direct bus line to both the airport and train station in Pisa, it is also walking distance into the city centre.
We have stayed here now for 2 years in a row and love the informal atmosphere of the residence and the great welcome you get from Giulia. The residence is clean and spacious and it is great to find a reasonably priced family room so close to the centre of Pisa.
