Very good location for someone arriving with a late flight at Pisa airport. The stuff of B&B Gate 52 was very helpful. Mr. Rocco was waiting for me and the baby at the airport even it was after midnight and this helped me a lot. The room was nice and clean, and the toilet clean and always available. The hotel is clean. Facilities are good. The best thing is location. It's quite handy in a short walking distance from the airport. We arrived in a rainy day so we had to take the bus from the airport to the hotel and there was bus stops near the hotel. Besides, it takes about 12 minutes walk to the central train station.

We arrived very late, about 02.30 - delay flight from Denmark. Robrto and Sylvia were waiting and gave us a very warm welcome. We could sleep as long as we needed, and Sylvia gave us hot and strong coffee in the morning. we love our short stay at B&B Pisaland. We flew in from London and arrived in Pisa late, around 10pm. We received warm hospitality from Roberto and his wife. My son Adam loved them!
The place is comfy and the shared bathroom is very clean. it is situated near a bus stop and the bus will take u straight to Tower of Pisa in less than 15 minutes. Wifi connection was good. They provided breakfast and the cappuccino was great!

The hotel is extremely close to the airport so we've got there really easily by walking in about 7-9 min with the sleepy kids and the luggages for our early morning flight. This was an ideal place to stop over after arriving at Pisa airport.
We were welcomed by our host who took time to show us all the facilities and provide information we needed for finding an evening meal and travelling into the city. It was an ideal stop over - clean, comfortable and easy as travelling with children. -

km from the Pisa Tower so is fine if you have a car. Around you can eat
real italian food and not the tourist food you get around the Tower.

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer.
