km from the Pisa Tower so is fine if you have a car. Around you can eat
real italian food and not the tourist food you get around the Tower.
Private free parking. We like it a lot.

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. La colazione semplice ma soddisfacente, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff sono state straordinarie. Dalla stazione di Pisa con diversi autobus in 5-10 minuti si raggiunge l'hotel e a soli 5 minuti di cammino c'è la torre. -

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It was built in 1920 and has an Art Deco appearance with modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower with new tiles, mirrors and sink. Nice touch with soaps and shampoos to choose from. The bed has a wonderful pillow top and is very comfortable. We were a family of 3 so the extra full size bed in an attach

The location was perfect! Close to the tower, bus right out front front that takes you to the train station and airport. Breakfast was yummy-kids loved the sandwiches and I loved the cakes and coffee! Room was great for a family of 4 with a balcony to enjoy in the morning and evening! Super place and would stay here again!

The warm welcome from Arianna was second to none, giving us guidance of where to eat in Lucca that evening. During breakfast we were treated like old friends by both Arianna and her mother. They provided a lovely breakfast with lots of homemade treats. Recommended! -
