This place is a little gem,10 minutes from pisa by no 5 bus which is nearby,lovely quiet area with parking,beautifull clean spacious accomadation,hosts are very friendly and not intrusive lovely garden area,breakfeast is the usual italian mainly sweet and plenty drinks ,yougurts etc.Pictures on site do not do it justice,this is home from home. Very nice people and the place is clean and just amazing. It is about 3
km from the Pisa Tower so is fine if you have a car. Around you can eat
real italian food and not the tourist food you get around the Tower.
Private free parking. We like it a lot.

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. I loved that it was 10 minute walk from the " leaning tower of Pisa " , the staff we very friendly gave us lots of information , were great with the kids. The room was very spacious and very nice, with a nice terrace.
Arriving at this B&B, puts already a smile on your face just experiencing the warm welcome.

The rooms are not cheap, but nothing in Europe is; however for the price, you are getting a wonderful stay during your time in Lucca.
We had a 1 year old with us and was given the room most suitable, even though we only booked the night before our arrival. The room was big enough for all our luggage, pram and cot -
