We arrived hours before checkout and wanted to drop off our bags but our room was ready so we were able to check in straight away. The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful especially Valentina. The location was brilliant, walking distance to all the major attractions and we were so comfortable and relaxed. An awesome place to stay!

However, once he did arrive, he was lovely and very friendly.   We just got back from Rome & spent 10 days at the Hotel Parlamento. We couldn't be happier with our stay. They arranged our pick up & drop off at the airport & welcomed us at the door upon arrival.
