  The room and toilet are clean, just exactly what we need on our stay. The apartment building is in the middle of the local area in Rome and centrally located to all the tourist attractions.   There was a mix up on our arrival (the manager did not realise we were arriving in the morning) so initially we had to wait for an hour for him to arrive. However, once he did arrive, he was lovely and very friendly.   We just got back from Rome & spent 10 days at the Hotel Parlamento. We couldn't be happier with our stay. They arranged our pick up & drop off at the airport & welcomed us at the door upon arrival. The rates are excellent & who needs a luxury hotel when you are spending 99% of your time roaming t - I loved the location and the setup of the hotel. a small boutique set away in a building on the 4th floor it gives the feeling of intimacy and personality. with a small balcony and very friendly and welcoming staff i can recomend this for people that like to stay away from the big hotels and are looking for something more intimate. it was nice and clean and well taken care. the simplicity combined with the mediteran style really appealed to me.
