Ideal for the vocation at the Dead Sea because this is one of the few
hotels that has a beach right of the hotel while most others the beach
is across the road. This may not seem like a big deal but when it's
45c you can only spend 10 min in the water and have to jump back into a
pool so a shuttle across the street is annoying. It's is the biggest
advantage of this place. The pool is wonderful and the meals were
phenomenal! All rooms face the water so don't bother booking an
'ocean view'

I booked late no problem and was provided with everything needed to enjoy a lovely and unique holiday resort. I think the standards are improving. -

joined with toilet and don't have cabin so water falls right on the

The staff was excellent and helpful. They spoke English well, in
addition to Hebrew, German, and at least one other language I didn't
recognize.
It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute drive to great snorkeling. With doors & windows closed it was very quiet (5th floor), and the air conditioner worked nicely. Lots of shops and neighborhoods nearby made for interesting walks. View was very cool.
Highly recommend room 50. 3 separate balconies, a full bed, 2 twin beds, all at a bud

We had a great time !
The staff is very kind and welcoming.
We have been upgraded to a wonderful suite with two rooms - living room and bedroom, two bathroom and two balconies. The suite was large, well equipped and very clean.
The view is nice - the red sea, the lagoon and Aqaba.
We got a free entrance to Vitalis spa and to the business lounge,

The Boutique is one of three facilities of Herods Hotel. It is not the main building which makes it more quiet and less crouded. It has its own pool, which is almost private. The guests can also enjoy the main building, which has a larger dining room, bigger (and warm in winter) pool, theater etc.
The staff is really nice. The do their best to keep you satisfied and they succeeded. You can even see the general manager working along with the staff just like a private hotel.

The staff was fantastic. Our check in person Majd was super super nice and had our room ready quickly even during Shabbat. Also the woman in the executive lounge was very helpful and talked to us the entire time. She showed us around the lounge and even got us a free pass to the spa. She also let us know about Eliat! We arrived around 8 am in Eilat.
The guy at the reception, Ali, was very helpful and nice. Our room wasn't ready, and meanwhile, he invited us to have breakfast. Around 10 am, we received SMS about early check-in. The room was clean and spacious, sea view, steps to the beach; hot and cold drinks, fruit and pastry during the day, half-board stay - it is definitely a great value for money

The pool was fantastic as well as the direct access to the Red Sea.
breakfast buffet was amazing and even in three days we could try everything.
This hotel made the stay in Eilat certainly very enjoyable.
