Great place, magnificient views of the mountains and of the Dead Sea. The hostel is very close to the bus stop - can be easily reached from Tel-Aviv, Jerusalem or even Eilat. The famous Ein-Bokek area is just 20-30 minutes bus drive. Good breakfasts (included in the price) and dinners (good value for money, 58 Shekels is not that much for Israeli buffet). The place is very clean, air-conditioning works very well.

The location is fantastic if you want to be near the masada! We spent one day at the Dead Sea which is not too far but requires a 15 mins bus ride... there is however a regular bus service and reception (a very sweet girl I forget her name!), who was always happy to help!
The 2nd day we relaxed at the hotel as because it is mainly tour groups out

Large, well outfitted room with a huge balcony overlooking Dead Sea. Unbelievable location at foot of Masada. Unbeatable value. We had an unusual experience because the large group that had booked for the nights we were there cancelled at the last minute so we pretty much had the hostel to ourselves with only a handful of other people. Therefore, our experience was atypical with it being very quiet and peaceful. I gather that it usually is a boisterous place. However, we would go back there

The apartment is designed and maintained at the highest level, the facilities and aids are available throughout the villa, there is a professional gas barbecue, central to cook lunch, dinner, shower rooms and large and very comfortable. We were in two youth hostels in Israel, they have the same modern, friendly and practical furniture, good atmosphere, easy check in, free w-lan, central locations, helpful personal. Reliable and clean, they are superior to other accomodations in the same price category. As family we always bacame a room on our own, or two communicating. -

Room very modern and almost out of place but in a good way, staff willing to resolve issues, but the number 1 positive is the location - Macktesh Ramon outside the door and all the walking tracks within less than an hour drive.

The accomodation is very simple, there is nothing in the room except some beds and a low table, but it's not a 5* hotel, you know. You can sit outside on matresses or relax in hammocks. It's quiet and nice there, it becomes chilly in the everning, and the sky is full of stars. Amazing!
In the lobby there is free wi-fi and herbs tea, also for free.

The atmosphere was excellent. The Negev is a beautiful place and the ranch is nestled at the base of a rolling hill line allowing kids to explore the desert at its best. The people working there are friendly and truly make the stay most enjoyable.

The most adventurous place we've ever stayed at. We slept in a semi enclosed "tent" an airport-hangar like tent with mosquito screens. It was covered with oriental looking rugs and covers. The owner Gil was very helpful, and drove me to the bus stop (free of charge). The camplodge we stayed in was new (all built over the summer), all wood with a wooden floor and a roof with a skylight. The kitichen is well equipped and there is hot water 24/7. The showers were strong and had hot water and the bathroom area was very clean. Amazing place in an amazing location. Not a good place to stay for those who are not happy without all of the comforts of home, but perfect for anyone who likes camping and rustic conditions. For us, it was a magical place and I would love to return.

I had the distinct honor and pleasure of being the first guest at the new hostel! Although when I arrived it still looked like a construction site, within a few minutes I felt at home (and within a few hours a beautiful new hostel was born).
The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is well-kept while also feeling very traverl-ish, and the porch, well, you can't get much better than that. Catch a beautiful sunset (or meteor shower) without going very far.
