I liked the warm friendly atmosphere! The receptionist as we were leaving on Feb 10 th 2013 was ultra nice! A gentleman born with a fantastic sense of humour! Price is competitive! All in al its a grand hotel! I will be recommending it! -

We were impressed with the Osprey Hotel from the moment we arrived. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed, bright, cheerful, a good size & with lovely facilities, especially the bathroom. Room was clean and bed was very comfy.

Excellent service and attention to detail, attentive and caring staff. The design and appearance of the hotel and estate is immaculate with a fantastic blend of traditional and modern architecture. The whole experience was truly wonderful and i can't wait to return. - staff were lovely, the hotel and its grounds were beautiful. the food was great.

Your staff were very friendly and accommodating and i only had to ask once to reserve a table for dinner and was pleasantly surprised that the information was passed to your waiting staff.
The room i stayed in was comfortable and had everything i wanted.
Altogether a very good hotel. -
We liked its handiness to the motorway and its quiet location

This was our favorite B&B on our two week trip. The house is comfortable, and the family could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The extra touch of high tea and scones with the best cream ever really made us happy to arrive. Beautiful location!

Was very impressed with this 4 star hotel, and as I work in a four star myself, this outshone it by some way. Everything. The Staff were extremely professional and still managed to be warm and friendly. The food was absolutely excellent and the hotel and surround were sumptuous. My stay at your hotel was probably the most enjoyable break I have ever had and I am a seasoned traveler so this is based on worldwide comparison. Owen at the front desk was fabulous, as were the restaurant and bar; Davon the bartender, Peter and Kevin at the restaurant made our stay more fun. - Wonderful courtyard area to sit in both ay and night, staf were all very friendly and helpful.
