  Beata was so helpful on arrival. Although this is not a hotel, we had everything we needed to hand. We had originally booked room only on-line but we upgraded to B&B on arrival without any hassle and Beata suggested perhaps eating in their restaurant (Chapter 12 next door), which we did. Food in the restaurant was lovely as was breakfast. All the staff were great b - When we were registered, we were escorted to our accommodation by a lovely young lady who was extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful indeed. We did not get a chance to have dinner in the restaurant, but we did have breakfast prior to our departure and it absolutely excellent and inexpensive. Our server, as before was extremely efficient and friendly. Overall, we were made welcome from start to finish (not surprising as I wouldn't expect any less from Kildare folk) and we look forward

  Was very impressed with this 4 star hotel, and as I work in a four star myself, this outshone it by some way. All my friends had the same opinion and the rooms were really very spacious with really comfortable beds. Staff were also friendly and helpful and nothing was any problem for them. I would recommend this to anyone as it also has pool, spa and salon facilities. - Everything. The Staff were extremely professional and still managed to be warm and friendly. The food was absolutely excellent and the hotel and surround were sumptuous. My stay at your hotel was probably the most enjoyable break I have ever had and I am a seasoned traveler so this is based on worldwide comparison. Beautiful Hotel, fabulous food and friendly professional staff.

  We arrived at the hotel at 9:15 am. Thinking we wouldn,t be able to get a room till after midday i asked if we could put our luggage somewhere while we had a look round Leixlip. The young man on reception made a phone call and told us if we would like to wait half an hour there would be a room made ready for us. Great customer service. - I have to admit i stayed here a month ago and gave this place a poor rating due to the fact there were not many about for whatever reason. This time my rating has increased as i saw a totally different approach and this was a big improvement to come back again.

  The Glenroyal is very well positioned just near to the train station into Dublin. Parking is free. There are two pools and there are long opening hours. The gym is very large. There are a few shops just opposite. The staff are very professional and helpful with train timetables etc. The rooms have been modernised and beds are very comfy.
