  I liked the warm friendly atmosphere! The receptionist as we were leaving on Feb 10 th 2013 was ultra nice! A gentleman born with a fantastic sense of humour! Price is competitive!   We were impressed with the Osprey Hotel from the moment we arrived. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed, bright, cheerful, a good size & with lovely facilities, especially the bathroom. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Both were excellent. The spa staff being very professional, ye - I loved my stay here and only wished I had more time to explore & enjoy the facilities even more. The location is excellent convenient and easy to find. The quality of food was good but I honestly have to say what impressed me most about my stay were the staff who made a big impression on me so much so that I brought it into conversation with my friends! The staff were professional friendly and helpful wherever I went which in my opinion is what would makes the Osprey stand out from other h

  Excellent service and attention to detail, attentive and caring staff. The design and appearance of the hotel and estate is immaculate with a fantastic blend of traditional and modern architecture.
