The location is right by the shopping area and a short walk to Temple Bar, but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Daily housekeeping brought fresh towels, which was unexpected.   The hotel and its staff were really good. The hotel was close to a bus stop which made it easy to get to town. The lady on the desk was very accommodating and tried to meet all of our needs. Although we checked out a night early they gave us a refund as the internet did not work.

The good points are the location, heating, cleaning and reception 24 hours a day, and also the private car park. - The hostel has good equipment (you can cook whatever you want) Personal is kind and helpful location is also good just 10 minutes to the city centre.

  Yes it was very positive for me the staff offer me every assistance when I ask them. They offer great service to me through out. my stay. and when I rang to confirm my stay with them and told them that I had made a mistake in my booking. They change it for me with no bother. It was quite close to the lift.And when I pointed out some improvements that could be made to the disability room they seem willing to - It is a quiet hotel ideally located close to the city centre but far enough from it. Rooms were spotless facilities better than expected and staffed by very friendly staff. Well run well managed. I had to stay an extra night but the staff were superb and it was no more than a stroke of a pen and I was sorted. Well done to the owners excellent hotel

  Loved the room. (Room 202). When you went in the room door there was a living room area with 2 arm chairs, coffee table, fire place, TV, and an eating table with 2 chairs. Off that room was a small kitchen - the basics tea/coffee and ample storage. Next room was the bedroom. This was quite big with a very big comfy bed. I didn't avail o - Excellent value. I was worried about all the reports on noise, but it didn't bother me at all. It is fairly clear that it is going to be noisy anyway. Anyone complaining about this has been warned by other reviews and by the hotel's own website. It is ideal for anyone on a budget. Drinks were 2.50 at the bar and a large selection of meals from 6euro. If you prefer to be part of the party this place is great for you.
