  I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Fabulous views and location, extremely clean and comfortable.The rooms are very well decorated and maintained and the leisure centreis well-run and presented. The leisure facilities are good although the locker area needs an upgrade. Overall the hotel facilities were perfect. - Location is superb, if you don't mind a bit of a hill.   The hotel was fabulous, everything was clean and the staff were veryfriendly and helpful.
