The staff were incredibly welcoming, and showed us to our room which was spacious and beautifully decorated. Little touches like the Ipod speakers, the old fashioned bath, view over the courtyard and very comfortable and huge beds made this one of our favorite Irish hotels. I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me.

All of the staff were extremely friendly,courteous and polite. This is our 2nd time here and we probbaly wouldnot stay anywhere else in the future.

The whole ambienceof the Hotel appealed to me, I really enjoyed a bite to eat and a few drinks in the bar, I thought it was very cosy and comfortable. - The friendliness of staff,the very good menu,and a very competative bar price.

Arriving and leaving the staff were very very friendly kind and helpfull. Appartment was very clean with plenty of room with kitchen well supplied, we didnt here any noise from any other appartments any night as the hotel/app' was full at the time.
We will be back. -

We found the staff very friendly and helpful , we wanted to go for dinner in city so the clerk at reception recommended and booked us a lovely restaurant which was exactly what we were looking for . Appreciated having Euro plugs in the wall, because I had forgotten myUK/Ireland adapter to charge my phone. Also, very close to the airport-- easy walking distance if you want, but very quick shuttle service aswell, if you have lots of bags. - The convenience of location, the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.

Gentilezza del personale, qualità del hotel e contesto naturistico - The staff were super efficient and friendly, nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself was super, the room was a standard room but was huge, which was great and a nice change. We had food in the bar the day after our stay and both the service and the food itself were superb.

We stayed there as my friends were celebrating their wedding there onthe saturday. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful.The food served at the wedding reception was outstanding - 5 star foodand service.
