The leisure facilities are good although the locker area needs an upgrade. Overall the hotel facilities were perfect. - Location is superb, if you don't mind a bit of a hill. There are better hotels in Cork, but for a night out without pricey taxis etc you will be hard beat to find better than this place.

  I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Had dinner at hotel one night and next night attended a formal function (with 350 others) at hotel and food and service were really excellent in both cases. - The refurbishment of the hotel has been a complete success. The room upgrades are excellent.
