I had a wonderful staying in Ganges Inn, and I found the place very clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff, on a wonderful location if your plans are to stay very close to the main Gaths on the Ganges river.
I've visited as a solo female traveller and also I felt extremely safe. I definitely would recommend it for anyone who wants to experience Varanasi.

The owner of the guesthouse,Manu & his son, are very nice and helpful. They showed us around Varanasi and cooked some amazing lunches for us.
The guesthouse is literally one minute around the corner from the burning ghat so is in a prime location.

The staff was amazing, they personally worried about you in and out the hostel, they provided services and company and made you feel at home.
The food in the restaurant was also very good, breakfast!
Rooms were wide.

The staff at this hotel are fabulous! We arrived and just put ourselves
in their hands, they are trustworthy and caring and for the first time
in India I felt so relaxed. Nothing is too much trouble from train
tickets to really good tours. The receptions/breakfast area is a

We stayed at this hotel for two nights more precisely for around 43 hours. It was a nice stay. The staff were excellent and very much cooperative. We really felt at home. Local sight seeings were nicely arranged by them. The food was absolutely perfect. If anybody really likes to stay within homely care I really recommend this hotel.
