I'm really impressed by the services provided by the hotel staffs during my 4 nights stay at Butterfly on Hollywood. I love 'Hollywood' themed rooms & walkways & I've always looked forward to coming back to my hotel after a long hustling day out in the city. It's comfy & homey & the staffs always welcome you back with smiling faces

The hotel was located in Kowloon close to the Olympic MTR station (about 5 minutes walk). The rooms were only small, but I believe that this is not unusual for Hong Kong. The room was clean and tidy and well stocked with toiletries the were refreshed each day.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room came with included breakfast which was adequate, but somewhat limited in variety.

Staff were very helpful and prompt to respond to our problem with the toilet in our room.
Cleanliness of the hotel in general was excellent and maid service was very good.
The selection of food provided at breakfast was very good, ranging from cooked items to fruit, yoghurt, cereals and pastries.

Our room was cleaned everyday, everything was in order when we get back
to the hotel in the evening. Bed is firm but that's okay for us as
long the comforter is clean and fresh-smelling. Location is very good
and convenient. Mtr is just across the street and bus stops a few feet
away. Breakfast, for me, is not bad, in fact food tastes good although
they have the same menu everyday.

It was a special occasion for me and my partner. I had organised a cake and champagne to be sent to the room at a certain time and expected me to be there. I was running late, and the staff held back sending the things up, but sent it up as soon as they saw me arriving back. Great service by the team -

The location is fantastic. It is on Hong Kong Island, but further West
than many of the hotels. It is right by this great old-fashioned double-
decker tram line that is incredibly cheap and takes you to the mtr in
minutes. It's fun just to ride the tram all the way to Central if
you aren't in a huge hurry. It is a tourist experience in itself. I

"upgrade" at this hotel were excellent. Yes, it was slightly
more expensive than another hotel that we later stayed in, but it was
well worth the difference. 2 The bed was both soft and very comfortable.
The general layout of the bathroom and shower area was also very good. 3
Excellent staff who could not "do enough" to ensure that your
stay in hotel was nothing short of excellent. 4 I very much recommend

Considering the small spaces in Hong Kong, Empire Hotel was reasonable spacious! The breakfast that was included in our rate was fantastic, where the restaurant was clean and tidy! Nearly everything! The location was perfect. We brought our 7-month old
baby along with her 5-year old sister, and we did not experience any
difficulty getting to the train station (Tsim Tsa Tsui), buying
breakfast or dinner (as hotel have family restaurants in very close
proximity to it!), hailing a cab even at 11pm to go to Temple St. A real
value for money. A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Wifi everywhere,
which was a big plus unlike some hotels that charges you for the
internet connect
