  I'm really impressed by the services provided by the hotel staffs during my 4 nights stay at Butterfly on Hollywood. I love 'Hollywood' themed rooms & walkways & I've always looked forward to coming back to my hotel after a long hustling day out in the city. When I had doubts about my destination, they showed patience by explaining the routes to me on Google maps & even hailed for me a taxi & dir - A place I will intro to my friends! A bit pricey but comfort is there! The staff service were great n all so pretty, cute n handsome! Response fast to my request, change queen to twin bed room n my faulty bar fridge to a working piece. Use their mobile when I ask for the restaurants operating hours. I found many yummy food around the area.. 10Mins walk to e hotel if u know e way. Taxi less than hk$25 from exit a2 fm mtr.

  I got this from letsbookhotel.com not knowing about the place or location, but the price suits our budget and it includes WiFi in all areas. There is also a shuttle that leaves every hour from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm.   Staff were very helpful and prompt to respond to our problem with the toilet in our room. Cleanliness of the hotel in general was excellent and maid service was very good. The selection of food provided at breakfast was very good, ranging from cooked items to fruit, yoghurt, cereals and pastries. Breakfast, for me, is not bad, in fact food tastes good although they have the same menu everyday.

It is right by this great old-fashioned double- decker tram line that is incredibly cheap and takes you to the mtr in minutes. The general layout of the bathroom and shower area was also very good. 3 Excellent staff who could not "do enough" to ensure that your stay in hotel was nothing short of excellent. 4 I very much recommend this hotel

They made Checkin - Nearly everything! The location was perfect. We brought our 7-month old baby along with her 5-year old sister, and we did not experience any difficulty getting to the train station (Tsim Tsa Tsui), buying breakfast or dinner (as hotel have family restaurants in very close proximity to it!), hailing a cab even at 11pm to go to Temple St. A real value for money. A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Wifi everywhere, which was a big plus unlike some hotels that charges you for the internet connect
