  Tranquillità e panorama. - Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. This was very beneficial as we saved money on breakfasts and enjoyed hospitality on our balcony.   Nefeles Luxury Suites is very conveniently located on the rim of the Caldera, near the shops and the cable car. Since we stayed on the highest floor, we could just step out of our room, climb 3 stairs and there we were in the shopping district! The view from our balcony cannot be beaten. We saw the caldera, cruise ships tendering, ferries comin... cosa dice la gente » g and going and the cable car. - Everything was amazing! Great breakfast, excellent customer service! Markos and Stefanos were amazing! Room was clean, phenomenal location and view, every thing was perfect. Our ferry was two hours late, we were ecstatic that the driver for Nefeles remained at the port until 230am to wait for us.

  The hotel is super! The hotel is very well located - a three-minute walk to the cable car and the stairs that lead to the old port. We had family room. Two floors, two bedrooms, large living room. Jacuzzi is in the bathroom. Very nice and comfortable room with great views and a terrace in front of the entrance! A wide variety of drinks in the mini... cosa dice la gente » bar. Plenty of towels - to use in the room and take to the beach. The staff is very friendly! They help in any issue. Two speak Russian. Two days we - This is a great hotel. Couldn't really ask for anything more. If you truly want to enjoy Santorini and make the most of your time, stay here. We didn't have to worry about finding a mediocre restaurant with a view because we had a 24 hour view right from the comfort of our room. And with a patio you could buy some wine or beer and sit outside as long as you wanted. Not to mention that this isn't a large hotel, so you really feel catered to. Every morning breakfast was brought to us in our room,
