Tranquillità e panorama. - Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The location was absolutely stunning as you would expect if you stay on the Calderra. Right in the heart of Thira. The room which was very clean was also gorgeous and quirky which was brilliant. The best part of petite palace is the people and service. From the moment you arrive it's as if you are their only guest. The views of the caldera and sunset are one of the best in Santorini and the hotel is luxury, boutique and romantic. Our teenage daughters loved it. A shuttle is available but get a car and explore Santorini for all it has to offer. Petite palace is a perfect distance from Fira and the car rental comes to you. The shuttle takes you from Fira to hotel and back multiple times

truly want to enjoy Santorini and make the most of your time, stay here.
We didn't have to worry about finding a mediocre restaurant with a
view because we had a 24 hour view right from the comfort of our room.
And with a patio you could buy some wine or beer and sit outside as long
as you wanted. Not to mention that this isn't a large hotel, so you
really feel catered to. Every morning breakfast was brought to us in our
room,

Don't mention the location, amazing view you can see from the room and the terrace, the room facilities and decoration, the welcome wine and fruits.
All staff there are nice and very helpful, especially Rigas, he is really professional, arranged a every just perfect.
BTY, the breakfast was so delicious and healthy you might hard to find same level anywhere in Santorini.

Perfect view. You can see the harbor, the volcano and the island's outline. It's a very private hotel because it's not in the middle of a city: quiet and no crowds around the area.
The breakfast was not included (10€...), but we got a room with a kitchen, and we would cook our own breakfast and watch the gorgeous sights. There is also a LIDL supermarket very close if you need it.
We also got a car, and the hotel was in a convenient place in the island to visit every spot: Fira, Oia, Akrotiri, P

Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and
helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that
we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our
private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and
its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the
location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini
