Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The location was absolutely stunning as you would expect if you stay on the Calderra. Right in the heart of Thira. The room which was very clean was also gorgeous and quirky which was brilliant. We came to Santorini for the wedding of our best friend and we stayed in Solaris. The hotel was very nice near to the center so we could easily reach our friend's hotel walking. Very nice clean swimming pool and a nice little bar there. The reception staff was very kind and helpfull we hadd all the information we needed. The room was like we saw it in the internet very clean and comfortable.

Pretty good value for money. The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera
view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking
distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates. Decent rooms,

Lava Suites & Lounge was the best hotel during my travel alone in
Greece. I love everything there.
Don't mention the location, amazing view you can see from the room and the terrace, the room facilities and decoration, the welcome wine and fruits.
All staff there are nice and very helpful, especially Rigas, he is really professional, arranged a every just perfect.
BTY, the breakfast was so delicious and healthy you might hard to find same level anywhere in Santorini.

Perfect view. You can see the harbor, the volcano and the island's outline. It's a very private hotel because it's not in the middle of a city: quiet and no crowds around the area.
The breakfast was not included (10€...), but we got a room with a kitchen, and we would cook our own breakfast and watch the gorgeous sights. There is also a LIDL supermarket very close if you need it.
We also got a car, and the hotel was in a convenient place in the island to visit every spot: Fira, Oia, Akrotiri, P
